Fulfillment Policy: Once Service Contracts are executed and OTA Access has been granted, H2OTA Revenue Recovery will complete their portion of the auditing within 5 business days.  Full completion of audits will vary pending OTA cooperations. Revenues identified will be processed in the local currency of the asset and remitted 45 days from completion for 365 audits, or regularly scheduled Maintenance Audit dates as detailed in the Service Agreements.*

Cancellations:  30 day written notice of requested cancellation of services is required and/or per Service Agreement*
